  I've been through the drive thru here at least five times or more, and only once did it function like a normal drive thru. Every other time the drive thru has taken forever! It seems like the employees here aren't taught how to work as an efficient team in a production line manner, everyone is always doing their own thing. At least three times I've ended up just sitting at the window after paying waiting for my food while the employees stand there talking and eventually my food is sitting right next to them...a few minutes later they realize the car is still there and have to ask what I'm waiting on. Not useful if you're on any sort of schedule...

  This is one of my favorite dunkins. The staff is super nice and they put up with my ridiculous drinkborders. They even remember them when I come back in, which is fairly regularly.
